Florescenza Bouquet – Terms & Conditions

REFUND POLICY & SERVICE GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the product once delivered, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours on 020 8087 1257. We will review the issue and, if it relates to circumstances within our control, we may offer a full refund and re-deliveryof your chosen product.

As we work with fresh, seasonal flowers affected by climate and availability, substitutions may occasionally be required. If we are unable to fulfil your selected product or elements of it, our florists will replace unavailable items with the closest suitable alternatives in colour, style, shape, and value.

If your product arrives damaged, we will re-deliver it at the next convenient time for your recipient. A photo of the flowers, in their original packaging, must be sent to bouquet@florescenza.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order is delivered late, we will refund the delivery charge for that

order.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and our drivers deem it safe to leave the parcel, we will do so to ensure timely delivery. In cases where the parcel is later reported stolen, we will offer a re-delivery or full credit, but no full refund will be issued.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

To make changes to your order, please call 020 8087 1257.

Amendments (e.g., address changes, gift messages) must be made at least 2 working days prior to the delivery date.

We cannot guarantee acceptance of any changes requested after this time.

During peak periods (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day), no changes can be guaranteed within 72 hours of the delivery date.

AM delivery orders placed for Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, or after 6pm the previous day will be prioritised, but morning delivery cannot be guaranteed. No refunds for missed morning slots will be issued.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

All products are subject to availability and order acceptance. If supply issues arise or flowers do not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute part or all of the product with a similar or higher-value alternative.

If we cannot reach you before preparing your order, we will assume substitution is accepted.

For potted plants, containers may vary depending on stock, but will always be of equal or greater value.

FLOWER PRESENTATION & SAFETY

Flowers may be delivered in bud form for longer life.

Some varieties may be toxic or irritants if handled or ingested.

If you require guidance, please contact us before ordering.

DAMAGED FLOWERS

We work closely with DPD UK and our in-house couriers to ensure flowers arrive in perfect condition. If your flowers arrive damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

Refund requests require the product to be returned within 24 hours.

We will send a driver free of charge to collect the item within this time.

Failure to return the product within 24 hours forfeits eligibility for a refund, though store credit may still be offered.

PERSONAL MESSAGES

Messages submitted by customers must not include content that is harassing, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist, or otherwise unlawful. You are solely responsible for any content submitted.

Florescenza Bouquet reserves the right to refuse to send messages or suspend access to services if inappropriate content is detected.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Special offers apply only within the promotional period and cannot be backdated.

If a price is reduced after purchase, the original purchase price remains valid.

Offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Personalised offers are redeemable only by the customer who receives them.

DISCLAIMER

We take reasonable care to ensure our website and services operate efficiently, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We accept no liability for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee delivery times or dates during extraordinary circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the delivery date.

Orders placed or cancelled on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day), cancellations cannot be guaranteed within 72 hours of delivery.

You may cancel any payment if fraudulent card use has occurred, subject to card issuer policy.

PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING

Payment must be made using the approved methods on our website.

Clicking “Yes, submit order” confirms that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders require accurate and complete details to be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours of placing yourorder.

A contract is only formed once we send an order confirmation email.

On rare occasions, card issuers may reject a payment despite correct details. If this occurs, we will contact you to take payment over the phone. Delays caused by payment issues are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.

CUSTOMER & RECIPIENT INFORMATION

Accurate personal information is essential for communication and delivery.

We request:

Customer name, address, email, and phone number

Recipient name, address, postcode, and contact number

We will contact recipients only in the event of delivery difficulties.

Your privacy is important to us. We never rent or sell personal data.

UK Delivery

Choose between our Standard Delivery and Morning Delivery services.
Across the rest of the UK, we offer a seven-day next-day or named-day delivery service. Next-day orders are accepted until 4pm Monday to Friday and until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no cut-off times for placing orders scheduled for a future delivery date.

London operates a same day/named day service, seven days a week with same day orders taken up until 4pm.
